Excretory system a biological system that removes excess& unnecessary materials from the body by our main organs to maintain homeostasis and prevent us from diseases.

Skin - sweat gland w/c to secrete fluid by perspiration 







Lungs - respiration w/c diffuse gaseous wastes such as carbon dioxide








Liver -  detoxification , protein synthesis and production of biochemicals for digestion







Kidney - urination  or make urine filtering waste and extra water from blood .

Eat and drink adequately










Water

This is vital for daily life :

  • Regulates our temperature 
  • Kidney function
  • Regular digestion
  • Treats common ailments
  • Keep your eyes and mouth clean
  • Helps in the production of lymph 












Food


  • Eat plenty of foods.
  • Balance the food you eat and maintain proper weight.
  • Choose food w/c plenty of vegetables , grin products and fruits .
  • Diet low fat, saturated fat and cholesterol
  • Moderate in sugars 
  • Moderate in salt and sodium
  • Drink beverages moderately



Eat properly , drink adequately and live healthy
