Once you already have your degree or a high school education it does't mean that you will stop learning . Learning is not only in school but also being knowledgeable in different areas as an individual. 

Put your career in fast drive

Try another degree or take some extra classes. This shows that you are committed to your job and the field that you are working in. An add on to your skills when you are promoted. Competitive, skilled , capable, and knowledgeable .

Personal satisfaction

Those people who are already educated must stay educated are able to gain more knowledge to next higher level of knowledge . You may never know how high you can achieve things to be.

To discover something new, all you need to do is look. But then so few people know how to look and fewer still know where to look. Discovery can also be an inner journey, and the person who is at home with themselves can be more effective at looking outside without being disturbed by inner critics.
