There's a lot of things that we can do to help our self maintaining the our good health . But participating in activities may also enjoy us to support healthy aging.
Participating in social and productive activities you enjoy , such a taking an art class or becoming a volunteer in your community or at your place of worship, may help to maintain our well-being.
