Keep the body clean and well groomed and protect the integument 




Proper Hygiene 

Practices hat aim at an individual’s cleanliness and grooming of his own self this is vital for a health reasons . Without proper hygiene our body is prone to diseases. 



Daily hygiene maintenance 


Hair hygiene
Wash using shampoo and conditioner . Dry  and comb properly


Skin hygiene
Take a bath everyday using antibacterial soap and misturiser to keep supple and well - oiled .


Oral hygiene
Use a brush and toothpaste and brush it properly . Use a tongue scraper  , mouthwash  and drink a lot of water to remove any foul odor. 

Hands, feet and nail hygiene

Wash hands after every meal , wash your feet with soap and trim your nails regularly . 

Hygiene during your menstrual  cycle:

Use sanitary pads and change it regularly 

Sexual hygiene

Take a bath to keep genitals clean and make sure to remove pubic hair.
