Communications skills is the foundations of our success . Effective communication skills are most job requirements . We need to develop our communication skills in order to achieve success in life and also be understood and understand others. 

Learn how to listen 

Listen carefully and learn to clarify and reflect to confirm that you hear it properly. 

Be conscious of other emotions

Learn to sympathize other's success and failures . 

Empathise

Don't be biased but put yourself into their shoes.

Encourage

Try to say words that will encourage them .

Communicate effectively

Use humor

Treat people equally 

Attempt to resolve conflict 

Maintain a positive attitude and smile
